Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Anxiety & Overthinking
Calm your mind, ease worry, and take back control.

Overview
What is Anxiety and Overthinking?
Anxiety is a persistent feeling of worry, fear, or unease that can affect your body, mind, and daily life. Overthinking is when your mind gets stuck replaying situations, analysing every detail, and imagining worst-case scenarios.

Common Signs of Anxiety and Overthinking
Anxiety can show up as racing thoughts that are hard to switch off, constant worry about the future, and difficulty concentrating or making decisions. It often disrupts sleep with an overactive mind and creates physical symptoms such as tension and restlessness.

How CBT can help with Anxiety and Overthinking?
CBT helps you understand how anxious thoughts fuel overthinking and keep you feeling stuck. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful patterns, challenge them, and replace them with calmer, more balanced ways of thinking. You’ll also learn practical tools to manage worry, quiet your mind, and feel more in control.

Therapy Fees & Availability
Why Therapy is an Investment
Therapy isn’t just about the time spent in the session, it’s an investment in your mental health, emotional resilience, and long-term wellbeing. Each session reflects years of specialist training and clinical experience, as well as the time spent outside of sessions designing a personalised treatment plan for your needs. Many people don’t hesitate when spending money on holidays, gym memberships, or dining out, all of which provide mostly only short-term wellbeing. Therapy offers something deeper: a safe, consistent space to understand yourself, work through what’s holding you back, and build lasting change. This investment in yourself is a valuable commitment to living the balanced, fulfilled life, that you wish you live for many years ahead.
